It seems like a lot more on here are starting to lose confidence in a Harris win.
It might be natural but why succumb to it? We've basically got a week left. If you knew you were going to die one week from today, would you sit around weeping and crying about the unfairness of it all? I wouldn't. I'd try to live it up as best I could. And we're not even in that situation, not even close. It's more like you might have a week to live but if you're not dead after this week, you'll be fine. Would I be nervous? Sure. But I wouldn't sit there stewing like a loser. We're on the right side, let's hope we prevail. If we don't, we can worry about what to do about it after next week. I've kinda thought the campaign of joy thing is a little cheesy but it's better than the alternative. Let's try to carry joy into this last week and joyfully curb stomp this motherfucker out of our collective lives...When when you doom spiral you can influence others
It's also natural to get nervous when your work is done and you are just awaiting results
I don't think the Haley voters particularly care what Haley has to say. They weren't voting for her because they like Haley; they were voting for her because they didn't like Trump. My point was that not many Haley voters are actually going to vote for Harris, because Haley thinks Harris is completely incompetent. For years now she’s been saying that.
Of course on the margins there may be a few who do it, but it’s not like Nikki Haley has TDS like Liz Cheney or someone and is encouraging her supporters to support Harris. Haley gets it.
Hell, I question the fuck out of anyone who doesn’t have “derangement syndrome” about a goddamn United States of America President who said Hitler did some good things. Like, what in the actual fuck are we doing here? Forget as voters, are Republicans this far gone as fucking Americans?!? I mean, my God.Anyone who actually uses “TDS” in everyday conversation needs professional help.
I think the "Hitler did some good things" is the FAR lesser evil compared to "I need generals like Hitler's". He wants the most violent and deadly tool in the world at his impulsive, petty, and retributive beck and call, laws be damned.Hell, I question the fuck out if anyone who doesn’t have “derangement syndrome” about a goddamn United States of America President who said Hitler did some good things. Hell of a good point. It really has been so stunning to see tribalism override patriotism. Never in a billion years would I have thought an American political part would openly cheer Hitler, Putin, Kim, Orban, Xi, etc.I think the "Hitler did some good things" is the FAR lesser evil compared to "I need generals like Hitler's". Humiliating.
And given what we've all just seen with legacy media like the Washington Post and LA Times caving to Trump, it appears that most of our news media no longer has a spine as well. More and more are bending the knee to Trump as well.I disagree with this take. I think what he proved is that Nkki Haley is just as craven as everyone else who knows how horrible Trump is. They are deathly afraid of the Liz Cheney treatment even though they know Cheney is spot-on.
The most rich thing about those posts is the mention of Russia invading Ukraine. Maybe that invasion wouldn't have happened without Biden being in office,.but that would only be because Trump would have nuked Ukraine himself if Vlad wanted it.
There isn't a spine among em.
There's no shame in that latter...When all of this MAGA shit is over with in a couple of weeks, I’m gonna be able to spend the rest of my life laughing at every single Republican who has to do the walk of shame back to conservativism like a college girl home from Frat Row on a Sunday morning.

I’d Rather Be Kamala Harris Right Now
The 2024 presidential race is shaping up to be the tightest contest of our lifetimes — at least according to the national and swing state polls we’re bombarded with day in and day out.But here’s why I’d rather be Kamala Harris right now: Late deciders appear to be breaking for Harripoliticalwire.com
“…
Harris right now:
Of course, none of this guarantees a Harris victory. But I’m more confident about her candidacy in these final days than I am about Trump’s.”
- Late deciders appear to be breaking for Harris. The last New York Times/Sienna national poll found that 15% of voters had not fully decided, but Harris is leading with that group by 10 percentage points, 42% to 32%. The most recent Emerson pollalso showed Harris leading with this group by double-digits.
- While I don’t put much faith in trying to divine insight in the early vote, CNN reports women are casting ballots at a much higher rate than men. That’s only good news for Harris given the widely-reported gender gap between the two candidates.
- Harris has a much better ground game than Donald Trump, which is critically important in getting her supporters to the polls. Trump’s ground game seems either non-existent or a mess, according to reports, and that’s not going to help him with low-propensity voters who could easily find something else to do on Election Day.
I usually don’t post his subscription stuff in that much detail but wanted to promote his site. you can have a free account there but the inexpensive subscription is worth it.
Outlier alert
Must have some internals driving that decision? Or draw attention to this complaint?:
