What the heck is going on? The election results thread is locked just because Harris is losing?

Sheesh. It is re-opened. I was just going to start a new thread to give a little breathing space for folks to maybe take a step back and start fresh.

Yep, it's no accident that the posters who wanted the thread unlocked are all conservatives. I doubt many liberals will keep posting on that thread, but they can keep at it. I also expect that we'll have a surge of IC Trumpers here tomorrow in full force.
 
Latino voters are now no different than poor, rural white voters.

And I'm not sure what the Democrat coalition is

It’s pretty clear a lot of people lied to pollsters. There’s a serious love for Trump that many voters don’t like to admit publicly but are willing to cast votes for him privately.

As I said on another thread a while ago the Democratic Party has not in the past and does not currently do a good job reaching out to Latinos or focusing on issues that matter to Latinos when they are in office. This failure has left this group open to predatory tactics by the republicans (Bush actually seemed to want to accomplish some meaningful goals with respect to Latinos).
