Not necessarily, he just takes outlandish positions to get other posters to argue with him. Then when he gets a response, he keeps moving the goalposts (such as in the instance of the 79 year old shopkeeper he advances the offense from "altercation" to "assault") to see if he can get anybody else to take the bait.

It's best to never respond to him, but I don't put him on ignore because I find it fascinating how many people choose to engage with obvious trolling.

For me, I've seen enough abusive and violent actions by these so called LEO's that I will refer to them as Trump's Stormtroopers. They are not upholding or enforcing the law. They are little different than Hitler's jackbooted brown shirts.

What on Earth would possess you to dispute legal definitions with me? It's not fear like "I'm afraid of Dracula"; it's fear, as in apprehension. Just because you don't understand the law does not give you the right to create your own definitions.

All of these requirements are met, are they not? I've seen much less called assault.

The prima facie case for assault has three components:

The defendant acts.
The defendant intends to cause the victim to apprehend imminent harmful or offensive contact by the defendant.
The defendant’s act causes the victim to reasonably apprehend such a contact.

Yeah, for one thing, the bounty would be a lot fucking higher than $2000 for a kidnapping. Also, the kidnapping would command a higher fee than a killing. And the whole idea is fucking ridiculous.

I am certain that Noem has nothing and it would take A LOT of evidence to convince me that she isn't yet again lying out of her Corey-stuffed asshole.

If so I would be interested in your opinion as to whether these law enforcement agents (aka Stormtroopers ) had cause to wrestle this woman to the ground and sexually assault her by removing her clothes ?

There isn't nearly enough information provided to know what was happening and whether or not they had reason to wrestle her to the ground.

I doubt they were intentionally trying to remove her clothes.
