No, not like those. Those are not progressive populist policies.

I’m talking about proposals that are easy to understand and would impact people immediately.

Medicare for All
Universal pre-K
Paid family leave
Tuition free college and trade schools
Support for unions
Higher taxes on the wealthy

Some of these polices Harris did propose, but she did not make it the central piece of her campaign. She talked much more about protecting democracy. No one who doesn’t follow politics obsessively knows wtf that means.
If anyone doesn't know what Trump has done and what he has said and still voted for him then they are just an idiot. Again, it shouldn't have mattered what she proposed. There is NO reason for anyone to vote for someone like Trump. She could have said all that and those people would still vote for Trump even after everything he has done because they care more about their fascist Christian nation than anything else. It is half the country that is screwed up, either racists, bigots, selfish, or all of the above. It wasn't anything to do with her message.

Yes, that was the tipping point that made people vote for a narcissistic liar, cheat, crook, and convicted felon that tried to overthrow an election and bragged about sexually assaulting women.
Yeah campaigning with a family member of someone with more blood on their hands than anyone alive… not smart. People remember the Cheney name.

Lots of mistakes were made in this campaign. People who think she ran a perfect one were living in a bubble.

Shouldn’t have even been the candidate.

That’s fine, I don’t care about charisma, that’s not something that affects presidential decision making. I like her strong demeanor, empathy and decision making skills.
I agree but apparently there are a lot of others that don't. People vote for politicians, not technocrats. If we happen to get both in the same package, its a lucky accident, but you have to be an extraordinary politician to win.

The candidate didn’t matter. Can’t you all see that? Trump didn’t even try to win cause he didn’t need to.

People vote for who people tell them to. The technocrats and the media.

You guys are living in the past if you don’t see what’s happened. Everything is owned by a few and they control what you see.

It matters on the margins, which is where this was decided.
Exactly. Nobody was getting the MAGA vote but putting up a fucking CHENEY on stage with you for weeks was not the way to get undecideds, libertarians, independents, etc.

All those libertarians, indies and undecideds were voting for trump regardless. It all boils down to voting for a woman and our country isn’t ready for it yet.

Almoat anyone could have been the candidate and it should have been enough. It isn't who the Dems had or didn't have. It wasn't Cheney. It's half the population are too stupid, racist, bigoted, and/or greedy that they would still elect Trump. This country is screwed because of that. No sensible society would want someone like Trump as President.

lol at the idea that there are undecideds out there that are watching the campaign that closely.

You do realize that trump tried to lose these past 3 weeks and it didn’t matter. It’s long been in the tank.

Biden and Hilary beat Bernie in rigged primaries.

Bernie 2016 and MAGA movement would’ve been stopped before it began
Bernie I think had a better shot than Hillary in 2016 for sure. Biden was what we needed in 2020 I think and I was very excited for Harris now. The big difference is her genitals.

She did at first, but Jen O'Malley let the donor class make some decisions on policy

We’re genuinely fucked.

We’ve got assholes like Paine all up in their feels like appealing to the left fringe in a moderate country is a winning solution. Because yeah, that’d definitely gain more support among the minority bloc, particularly among the hisoanic/latin folks whove gravitated to the right given their own recent experiences with extreme leftist governments.

There is zero evidence to support this and a boatload of evidence to suggest a Trump runaway victory worse than anything that happens now.

You people are so dumb.

Hillary outperformed Kamala. This feels like something more than mere sexism.
