Go Whirlies! (Sorry if that brings up painful memories, lol)My cell # I've had for close to 20 years still begins with 336. My ex-wife went to Grimsly
This has been my experience too. My Election Day polling place never has long lines. We vote election day. In Cary the only times we have ever waited in lines to vote are when we have voted early. Farmington Woods Elementary is our polling place. We walk there with the dogs and take turns going in to vote then walk back home.
na it's cool. Other than a few spats here and there, we're on pretty good terms.Go Whirlies! (Sorry if that brings up painful memories, lol)
My dad was High Point Andrews class of ‘82. Small world!I voted late yesterday evening and had a short wait. I had noted a super long line at my usual voting location so I switched.
Oh, and go Red Raiders! High Point Andrews represent!
C/o ‘91 here!My dad was High Point Andrews class of ‘82. Small world!
Hope you cast a ballot while there.Going tomorrow. Just got back in town from Georgia after being there a week for work.
My wife's policy is to vote on election day, as well. Her uncle was a politician in Pennsylvania for 20+ years, so she relishes election day.We vote election day. There’s a decent chance we know each other and 100% we know a lot of the same people. I went to HPC but grew up in Andrews district.C/o ‘91 here!
Live in NC and have used computerized voting machines as far back as I can remember.North Carolina (and everywhere else that uses paper ballots) could speed up the process exponentially by having computerized voting machines. That seems so much quicker than coloring in every individual square.
