The ONLY reason that they all pretend to "support" this is because it's driving Dems insane. Tells you all you need to know about what "MAGA" is really about. Zelenskyy has led a truly heroic defense of his nation, which has been heavily outnumbered and outgunned by Russia from the start. When this war started many people thought that Ukraine would be conquered within a month or two at most, and yet here they are still stoutly resisting three years later. And Zelenskyy most definitely has had a good deal to do with that. We all know that Trump is disgusting, but even so this is still just beyond the pale. There is nothing that he won't do for his boy Putin, that's for sure.

Vance doesn't care about our allies, as he demonstrated with that speech in Germany. All he cares about is playing to his MAGA base back home in what will almost certainly be a futile bid to succeed Dear Leader in 2028 (or later if Trump just breaks the Constitution and runs for a third term).
 
I have it on good authority that Zelenskyy personally took over the Russian Army and led a tank brigade into Ukraine. Putin was as surprised as anyone and was so upset he began firing missiles into civilian targets to make things right.
