I’m guessing Speaker Mike Johnson is too busy trying to get around the porn blocker on his phone that his son monitors, to comment on these insidious, temperature-raising statements!

They need to run an ad with Trump's face and the audio of "floating piece of garbage" and nothing else. Do not get bogged down in who said what. This is what street-fighting is all about. Fact: Trump willingly associates himself with these people. He invited them to speak at his rally. Putting his face over the audio is an accurate depiction of the reality.

So, wondering whether they resurrected Pat Buchanan and George Wallace for this?

I mean, I thought that the ‘92 GOP Convention Buchanan speech was the nadir for modern mainstream USA politics … but I was young and naive then.

So naive.

If Kamala loses (and Congress goes red), and I think she will lose, Democrats have no one to blame but themselves. Yes, the odds always stacked against liberals in this country despite what morons think about our media. But she and her campaign have played into the "economy is terrible" narrative by distancing herself from Biden and not telling Americans honestly how their situation is not unique. It's the result of Covid. Yes, I know Americans are idiots but you could still make the case and show them how well we've done with a universal dilemma. And they simply haven't. So, of course, a good deal of Americans believe the nonsensical Republican narrative.

For my part, I will blame every person who voted for Trump.
