My family watches all of those. Not sure this one has been mentioned before but my wife and I just watched the 3rd American season of Love on the Spectrum on Netflix. If you're not familiar, it follows an assortment of people on the autism spectrum who are trying to find love. There was a single Australian season before the three American ones. Obviously quite different from other shows and may not be everybody's cup of tea but we have found it to to be incredibly touching, funny, heartwarming and insightful.
Like mid season canceled? or no season 2?Anyone watch The Recrut on Netflix? It's been canceled.
I started rewatching all of these knowing the new season was coming.Started watching the new season of Black Mirror. I don't know if I can stand to binge watch it with the real world already depressing enough.
No season 3.Like mid season canceled? or no season 2?
I've not watched it, but I recall seeing it in the recommendations.
Does it leave lots of unanswered questions? Is it worth watching 2 seasons knowing that's it?No season 3.
Is it one episode per week?Don't forget that The Last of Us season 2 starts tonight on Max.
No, it didn't end on a cliffhanger.Does it leave lots of unanswered questions? Is it worth watching 2 seasons knowing that's it?
Watched the USS Callister sequel last night. It was excellent, IMO.Started watching the new season of Black Mirror. I don't know if I can stand to binge watch it with the real world already depressing enough.
Loved, loved, loved The Pitt. And Season 2 is coming. But that is a lot to follow.
Great show. In a trailer and an interview Noah Wyle said that their goal was to be as accurate and factual as possible.
My daughter, who is a nurse, has loved it for that fact.
sad that its over and pissed that they killed the only relatively normal, somewhat decent main character left.
Most NEtflix shows will never get a season 3. They structure their contracts so the actors and producers get decent size pay bumps if it makes to a third season. Basically hiring people on the cheap to feed the content mill, than kick them all to the curb.No season 3.
Yes, just one episode per week.Is it one episode per week?
I'm still behind on Severance, so I may wait to start Last of Us.
That and my wife and I are watching White Lotus and Dying for sex (thankfully it's a limited series).
Michelle Williams will win an Emmy for her performance. Jenny Slate may win one as well.My wife and I started Dying for Sex yesterday. First two episodes are decent.
Makes one think about how they would handle knowing that they had a short period of time before dying.
A co-worker had terminal cancer, he rented a huge house on the ocean and told everyone he knew that there was an open door policy to visit.
He only lived 18 months after diagnoses.
But you never know how it's going to go. My old neighbor was given 9 months to live when diagnosed. I've lost touch, but the last time I spoke with him he was at 9 years of living with it.
