The third pic is a non-smile (and it is from a hit piece with hijack in the title), but the rest she's smiling, though not always showing teeth, and a few are like a smirk. I wouldn't be surprised if images search in google is personalized though based on other browsing history, thus could be different.
For grins and giggles you should hit "tools" under the search bar, then specify a custom range of dates prior to April 1st. I'm wondering if non-smiley photos have been posted or tagged/viewed more frequently since then.
