It's the best yogurt, not the best business plan.??? It's the country's best yogurt. How could it not be in business?

I didn’t know this reference until about six months ago. It was a top 25 all-time YouTube experience.

Yeah, I’ve watched that show beginning to end twice and always thought Matthew Berry created that language quirk for Lazlo. When I saw the YouTube video, it all fell into place. What we do in the shadows has played on it perfectly.
I never cease to be amazed at how much weirder the world is than I have any comprehension of.
TIL…What we do in the shadows has played on it perfectly.
That 7% number seems inconsistent with the Yes/No/Don't know numbers directly above it. or the "Total Net" number is calculated using numbers I don't see in this table.
The total net is yes's minus no's. It basically says a small majority of the people under 45 would report the murderer and a large majority of the people over 45 would report the murderer. That 7% number seems inconsistent with the Yes/No/Don't know numbers directly above it. or the "Total Net" number is calculated using numbers I don't see in this table.
really succinct, thanks for sharing.Particularly the piece about provider rates that centrist pundits have latched onto in recent weeks.

Blame Health Insurers for Exorbitant Health Care Costs
Since the shooting of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO, a number of pundits have claimed that the main cause of exorbitant US health care costs is overcharging by providers, not health insurance companies. The argument doesn’t hold up: insurers are mostly to blame.jacobin.com
For the black/white numbers, probably more to do with people’s experiences with the police/justice system if I had to guess.
Once again, I guess. But we're not talking about someone selling loose cigarettes or running an unlicensed lemonade stand. We're talking about someone that murdered someone.its not all necessarily sympathy.
its minding their own damn business because all too often when black folks call the police it ends up being a huge hassle and/or dangerous for them even if they've done nothing wrong.
this is not complicated, dude.Once again, I guess. But we're not talking about someone selling loose cigarettes or running an unlicensed lemonade stand. We're talking about someone that murdered someone.
I’ve seen some surveys that suggest black Americans are less likely to report crime in general, ostensibly because they don’t think the police will actually do anything about it other than maybe hassle them. The total net is yes's minus no's. It basically says a small majority of the people under 45 would report the murderer and a large majority of the people over 45 would report the murderer.
It's a little cut off but it looks like people under 45 and black people are almost equally reluctant to report the white murderer. I'm a little surprised. I wouldn't have thought a young white male would have been statistically significant between blacks and whites.
