I thought Vance won the debate, I thought he'd win it going in. It doesn't matter, VP debates are meaningless. No undecided voters are watching VP debates and basing their opinions on them. Was a bit disappointed with Walz, but he was ok.

LOL. Have you seen how many of the members of their other focus groups turned out to be Republicans and were not undecideds at all? I guess not.

ETA: And you do know that Frank Luntz is a longtime Republican, right? He actually started these focus groups to help guys like Dick Cheney and both Bushes frame winning issues for their campaigns.

Unfortunately, his performative debate stance on abortion, which you applaud, is NOT, his actual view. Until he joined the Trump ticket, he has stated on record many times that he wants and supports a national abortion ban. He has also stated he is 100% against all abortions, no exceptions.

Doesn't matter what he said tonight.

JD Vance doesn't have "actual" views. There is no reason to believe what he says tonight is any more or any less his "actual" view. At most, you can say it is his "current" view -- and even that claim is dubious.
 


I don’t really have an opinion on who “won” nor do I think it even matters who “won” but this is interesting nonetheless from Fox.

However, Cornel West, who I heard speak as a Carolina undergrad about 1,000 years ago, is in fine form this year.
