And I honestly think our goal should morph to treating Russian assets in precisely the manner that Putin treats his dissenters. I'm not the least bit sorry for that viewpoint either.
So, has anything like this happened in the world in the last 100 years? Has some other wannabe dictator chosen the path to power of blaming all of society's ills and a few identifiable groups? Maybe if we search history, say 1930's Germany, we might get a preview of where all this Trump talk leads. And Republicans nod their heads sadly and think, "Well if that's what it takes, then they have left us no other choice."
