I no longer have capacity for learning about obvious grifters. They essentially have the same core band of psychological characteristics with self, self, self shared amongst all, i.e. they aren't interesting; their socially nefarious motivations are clear for anyone paying attention; and our system does a piss poor job of holding them to account. I have a grim view of humanity to begin with and learning more about charlatans like Stein further ingrains a set of beliefs I would rather not plunge into.

There are Jill Steins and there are Mike Lindells. I have more patience for Lindells, as I think alongside the self, self, self exists some genuinely deep biochemical issues.

And I honestly think our goal should morph to treating Russian assets in precisely the manner that Putin treats his dissenters. I'm not the least bit sorry for that viewpoint either.

Somehow Biden was controlling the weather and deliberately blocking aid, but senile and incompetent at the same time. FEMA funds are boing redirected to the border...while Trump and Republicans voted to halt funding to FEMA or eliminate the federal program!



While state, Federal FEMA, private rescue, disaster relief in western NC were the largest ever, Biden and Kamala optics took a couple of days. Kamala and Biden visited NC, coordinated with Gov. Cooper under very challenging circumstances. A once in a 1000 year event made once in a decade by climate change.

Especially after Helene, Feds/FEMA, and Florida were poised and prepared for Milton. DeSantis politicized his lame attempt at interference in the Fed response/communication. Biden is visiting Florida, while Kamala is in NC while clean-up continues.

there's a latino family in my parents neighborhood with a trump sign in their yard......boggles the mind. most of the family speaks broken english and not well.

just a staggering lack of self awareness from these folks. right wingers don't care that you agree with them on social issues if your skin is brown and you don't speak english.

Im sure that's what most would say, but i think it rings as true as the economic anxiety of some of the most ardent Trumpers.
