Saw him on MSNBC end of last week and he said it’s close but he’d rather be in their position. Said it multiple times. Wouldn’t imagine things broke hard over the weekend with all the Trump campaign craziness. Not saying it didn’t, just can’t see it.
In whose position? I thought he's been saying he'd rather be us than them.

Here is the interview — didn’t get the same take-away as person who posted it. But worth watching.

I have to say, that interview didn't sound at all like a man who lacked confidence or believes a lot of things have to fall our way to win. He was cautious, but very obviously believes Kamala is in a better position than Trump in what he believes will be a very tight race.

I didn't see any lack of confidence from him.

I assume you're offering this as a contrast and not a comparison. Seems distinctly different from Jan. 6.

On Twitter, Portland police said many protesters were "trying to get anarchist groups to stop destroying property" and that "anarchists" were refusing to do so. Demonstrators repeatedly chanted "peaceful protest."

Officers ordered protesters to disperse after the demonstration turned into what they called a riot, citing "extensive criminal and dangerous behavior." At least 26 people were arrested.

1. I am well aware that is is a trigger. But what is the proper punishment for using it? What if Kelce tackled him, beat his head into the ground and gave the guy a concussion? Is that OK? What is a disproportionate reaction?
2. Kelce is a rich, famous, straight guy. If he was gay, maybe I would understand a bit more. But it's like someone calling me the n-word. Highly inappropriate, but should it make me lose my fucking mind? I was never oppressed by the mindset represented by that word.
3. This isn't getting mad at the reaction. Suppose he turned around, walked up to the kid menacingly, stared at him, flexed and said, "say that again. I dare you, say that again." That's sort of inappropriate given the massive power difference between the two of them (physical and status). If I was getting upset about that, then maybe your criticism is valid.

But come on, he smashed and stole the guy's phone. My principle is that the person who goes violent first is usually in the wrong (as is anyone who escalates, which didn't happen here). If those guys were bugging him -- I mean, surely Jason Kelce can get a security guard to take care of the situation.

4. OJ snapped too. "Snapping" is not usually a justification for violence. If I'm having a bad day, and I'm stressed about a lot of things, and my kids are bugging me about X Y and Z and then my eldest calls me with a dumb question -- is it OK if I yell obscenities at him? Because, you know, people snap?
Kelce apologized on MNF tonight

I realize we are being trolled by TacoMacArthur but still I am sitting here absolutely cackling that we have a poster insinuating that Washington DC is being boarded up because they are afraid that liberals might vandalize, when the last time that Washington DC was vandalized was because of a bunch of cunt conservatives couldn’t handle an election loss and decided to break into the United States Capitol, beat the fuck out of Capitol police, smear shit all over the floors and walls, parade confederate flags through the Capitol, etc.

Alright folks, remind me, of the seven swing states (Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia), assuming all the normal blue states go her way, she just needs Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania to win correct?

If she loses Pennsylvania (the one most seem nervous about) what is her most likely alternate path to victory?

Nevada + nc or GA

It gives me no pleasure at all to say this, and in fact my early to mid 2000s self weeps, but fuck George W. Bush. I cannot believe what a coward he has shown himself to be. His own freaking daughter, and his own vice president’s daughter showed infinite more spine and backbone. What a colossal humiliation for W.
