Trump "Press Conference" Game Thread

Didn’t see the press conference, but funny that some of you just assume everyone saw it at 2pm on a Thursday in the middle of the summer. Easy to forget that we are all extremely “online” when it comes to politics since we post on a political message board as a hobby. Hell, I’m at the beach and still didn’t see it - was watching USA basketball game and hanging out at the ocean since the bad weather here held off.

I’ll let you guys know if I have any major thoughts on it after I see some clips from conservatives and not just the ones posted here, but it’s hardly breaking news that he rambled, bragged, and said some dumb stuff. It’s what he does.

Harris campaign is doing a good job of getting under his skin so far. Not hard to do, just requires a pulse, unlike Biden.

I remain skeptical Trump can win this election. Voters were dying for anyone besides the two old asses and now the Dems have given people an alternative.

i hope you will just watch the press conference and not watch “conservative” or “liberal” clips. No need for additional commentary to go along with it. Just watch and form your own opinion.
I hope you will see it is a massive mistake to vote for this guy and you’ll vote for Harris.

Oh, they've been around for years. They're called retroactive abortions. My mother used to threaten to get one quite often. Sadly, I never disappeared. 🤷‍♂️

I gotta be honest with you brother - there is no way on earth I am watching an entire Trump press conference. He put me to sleep during his 1.5 hour speech on the final night of the RNC.

With the Olympics on and spending time with family at the beach, I will evaluate the press conference based on the liberal take (here) and the “leans conservative” take on my Twitter feed.

Luckily the senile old man is out of the race. Or I guess I should say luckily for you, since he was about to get his butt kicked after being exposed in the last debate.

I’m somewhat reluctantly voting for Trump. Mainly voting for the Republican package of ideas over the Democratic package of ideas in all national races. Specifically “against” the Democrats at the national level. But I ain’t very fired up about it and I don’t have much optimism Trump will win.

Watch the first minute. Or two minutes. Or five or ten. You should come to the same conclusion no matter how much or little you watch.

Which likely means……HY2012’s opinion of Trump’s “Press Conference” is “same Ol’, same Ol’…I’m voting for Trump.”

- Less infrastructure investment
- More restrictions on social freedom

If you can watch today and not think Trump is senile, congrats. The next comet will be coming around soon enough to open Heaven's Gate.

How the hell can you say Biden is senile but still think Trump isn't? At least Biden isn't a narcissistic sociopath, too, that would be okay with a fascist regime as long as it keeps him in power. Yeah, that's the kind of guy who should be able to launch nukes.

Exactly my thought. Trump has always been Trump, but the electorate hasn't always been willing to vote for him. Something has gone horribly wrong.
