Suppressors fall under the same laws (and penalties) as selling machine guns or sawed off shotguns. Not a law you want to be caught breaking.

Sure. Maybe he bought an extremely rare (in the US) Class 3 weapon from some random thief who had no idea that stealing this pistol was the same level of crime as stealing a fully automatic weapon. It’s slightly more plausible than buying an rpg launcher.
 
Maybe the guy isn't a paid hitman but he sure seems he is not your average person out for revenge. Sounds like he had a lot of inside info on when the CEO would be there, too.
 
Another cool tidbit. That picture of him without a mask at the hostel was taken when front desk clerk was flirting with him and asked him to take down his mask.

I have that exact bag. As soon as I saw the photo, I showed it to my wife and said that’s a Peak Design.
 
If this is a paid hit I’m thinking he’s going to get whacked or the people that paid him to do it have disappeared him. I don’t think it’s possible he acted alone.
 
People that would take a position like that in such a corrupt field are just plain greedy and couldnt give a rats ass if you, your wife or children ever got sick. Thats the reality of it and unfortunately a large large portion of American would take the millions and feel the exact same way.

The Starbucks (where those earlier images came from) is directly adjacent to that exit in the new footage. So he walked up to street level and right into Starbucks on 56th/6th Ave around 6:15 am.

The murder happened at 6:44 am, two blocks from there.

So this guy was not lying in wait for long. He fucking knew this dude’s schedule in very sharp detail. And he was on the phone just minutes before the murder (there’s footage). Seems likely he may have had help of some kind.

Another weird thing is what he would’ve been doing between 5 am and 6:15 am, if he wasn’t near the Hilton lying in wait. That station only serves the F line and there’s no easy or reasonable way to get to that line from the hostel on 103rd Amsterdam, which is easily served by other trains which don’t connect to the F.

So where the hell did he go for that hour+. Makes no sense unless maybe he didn’t have the weapon yet and went somewhere to pick it up.

And the e-bike situation makes even less sense now, since he clearly had no bike from 6:15 - 6:45 when the murder happened. I guessed he had planted a bike there, but that likely isn’t the case. He may have jacked someone for it, but if he did, it hasn’t been reported at all.

Looking at the reddit, twitter comments ("eat the rich", etc.), it certainly would be a way to further divide American society.

Disagree. Not enough flair or signature moves for Putin. Poison injection from an umbrella, falling out a window, etc. When Putin kills someone, he wants everyone to known that he ordered the death. This is more like a rival from United Healthcare ordered the hit. The part about the shell casing having words on them really tilts me to this being an inside job.
