My wife, who hates Trump and isn't a fan of Vance, texted me and said Vance was doing a lot better than Walz. She isn't super politically knowledgeable, so she probably can't spot a lot of the lies.

All jokes and trash talking aside, I really hope you'll consider staying and posting more. I enjoy your perspectives even when I disagree with them. I get carried away with the trash talking on threads like this, but you're a good dude, and I say that especially knowing that we don't agree very much on politics.

I don’t think this debate will matter one iota. People who are undecided at this point are so checked out from politics that they aren’t even watching this.

Walz has lost the full debate on a round by round point total, but may have won the best clip of the night, albeit after a lot of folks have gone to bed or otherwise found more interesting ways to spend a Tuesday night.

I think tonight helped Vance but hurt the Trump/Vance ticket, especially once Trump sees the reviews that mention how much smarter, more focused, and articulate Vance is than he.
