Don't think he can?? Didn't they change the law to make the VP's job on this day basically ceremonial?

Remember when you tucked tail and abandoned this board for weeks after the last debate?
I come back to visit on debate nights. There is zero reason to converse with people like you. Angry, insulting, intolerant, and simple minded. Not my idea of fun. I do miss interacting with 10 or 12 posters but you ain’t in that group. So after tonight I will be “tucking tail” again. It’s nice to see that you missed me though.

All jokes and trash talking aside, I really hope you'll consider staying and posting more. I enjoy your perspectives even when I disagree with them. I get carried away with the trash talking on threads like this, but you're a good dude, and I say that especially knowing that we don't agree very much on politics.

Walz has lost the full debate on a round by round point total, but may have won the best clip of the night, albeit after a lot of folks have gone to bed or otherwise found more interesting ways to spend a Tuesday night.

I disagree with him. I think voters will like both. But Vance does have more of that wonky academic policy tone that Republican voters seem to hate in Dems.
Good point
But he has that non stop vomiting of lies the deplorables just looove

Would have been hard to move much in this debate given the other massive news

And nothing moved. Vance was sharp and lied a lot
Walz was good but more bumbling at times

Zzzzzz. No one changed their vote

Turn off fox news. Look at her qualifications, look at her proposals, look at her record, not what Cucker Tarlson says about her.
Record? Most liberal in congress. Proposals? She has proposals beyond vote buying gimmicks and looking at things from a “holistic” view?

Qualifications? Got the nomination without receiving a single vote. Very undemocratic, yes?

Vance was not running for Vice President in 2024; he was running for the Republican presidential nomination in 2028.

I wouldn't say this changed any voters. I wouldn't say Vance won either. Walz's Pence line will be the thing that is quoted from it when all is said and done.
